The Executive offers a variety of aquatic activities that include group water exercise classes, swim lessons for children and adults, a competitive swim team for ages 6 to 18 and more!
Indoor Pool (open year round):
The indoor pool is 25 yards long with a depth of 4 - 4 1/2 feet. The pool is available for members ages 18 and older. Refer to the lap lane usage schedule for lap lane availability and lane closures. A co-ed Jacuzzi is also available for general use.
The outdoor pool is for use by the facility’s All Inclusive & Summer members. This pool offers a children’s splash pad, children free swim area and a 25 yard competitive section with water depth from 4 to 7 feet. The pool is open annually from May through September (weather permitting). A co-ed Jacuzzi is also available for use.
The Executive offers a variety of group aquatics classes designed for all fitness levels. Give your body a break from all that pounding on land and cross train in the water. The water affords up to 12 times as much resistance on the body than working out on land. And the best part is that you are still getting a fantastic cardio, bone building and strength building workout. Class formats include: Hydro Intervals, Aqua Boot Camp, Aqua Strength and more.
Aqua classes are geared to all fitness levels with Aqua Boot Camp & Hydro Intervals being more challenging. Exercises performed in the water are less stressful to the joints however, strength training in the water offers added resistance by the pull of the water.
The Executive offers a variety of swim lessons based on swimmer ability for ages infant to adult. Member and non-member rates are available for purchase. Classes meet once a week for six weeks during the school year. Classes are ½ hour long. Children need 2-3 sessions to complete a Red Cross course, provided they’ve mastered the skills.

Level 2-3 up to 8 students
Level 4-5 up to 10 students
Currently classes are offered Monday through Thursday as well as Saturday. Class times vary according to the need at each level. Inquire at the Member Services Desk for current information. Classes are not scheduled during school vacations (Manchester) or major holiday weekends. When possible, a one week break falls between sessions.
During the summer, the sessions are only three weeks in length and the classes meet twice a week for a total of 6 classes. One session is offered in July and another in August. When possible, there will be a two week session in June which meets 3 times per week.
Private, semi-private, and select group lessons are available upon request.
