For your ultimate convenience, massage services are available within our facility for you to enjoy before or after a workout, or even on your day off! Currently, we offer the following popular modalities:

Massage therapy is available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7 am- 3 pm.

 

Clients can enhance their spa treatments with a visit to the steam room, Jacuzzi or sauna then relax in a plush robe in a serene lounge area. Massage services can be enjoyed by members and non-members, so invite a friend! Childcare is exclusively available in our fully staffed, fun playroom to all clients during appointments.

 

Bio: Crystal Pelletier, LMT brings over 20 years experience to massage therapy at the Executive. She has been with the company since 2015 and enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients. Crystal also has experience as a personal trainer and clinic director for alternative therapies. She is passionate about continuity of care and will often work with our personal trainers to provide you with a seamless, expedited journey to overall health. Crystal enjoys being active and outdoors with her dogs whenever possible.
