The BARRE method of training will sculpt & tone your body like no other metthod of training! Offered as small group training classes in our Mind-Body Studio- Studio B, BARRE blends Pilates with dance, cardio & strength training exercises specifically targeting arms, legs & core to strengthen & lengthen the body. No dance experience nor Tutus required!

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a series of exercises that stress the control of movement and stabilization while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. Specific breath patterns are taught to ensure fluidity of movement and reduce stress in the body. The result over time is improved posture that appears long and lean. People of all ages and fitness levels will see incredible benefits. Regular practice is recommended to achieve optimal results. To provide you with the highest quality of instruction, all of our instructors are certified through STOTT PILATES®.
Yoga classes can range from very gentle to challenging. Our certified instructors coach how to control thoughts and improve focus. Classes include plenty of movement with more of a physical challenge than one may expect.
We offer traditional Hatha and Vinyasa style classes which will transform your mind, body and spirit. A committed Yoga practice can increase your stamina, improve your balance, strength and flexibility which will leave you stronger, healthier and more energized to face your day.
