The Executive's 12 week Group Personal Training Team has created a program designed to help you lose weight and inches. This new program incorporates full body movements to burn fat, increase strength and endurance and elevate your heart rate through interval based circuit training. Enjoy a fun dynamic group based atmosphere for motivation and support!
Program Information:
Days: Tuedays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Time: 7:30 - 8:30am
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 5:30 - 6:30pm
When: June 7th - August 27th, 2010
