Group Aquatic Classes

Aqua Antics: A fun filled class incorporating the use of the "aqua toys".
Aqua -Lates: An aquatics class incorporating Pilates based exercises in the water. Strength, balance and flexibility exercises will be taught while synchronizing breath and improving torso stability and strength.
Body Symmetry: We will train all of the major muscle groups and balance out our bodies in a wet, fun and controlled environment.
Boot Camp: A high intensity interval class with lots of power and movement. Do all that you can do, and a little bit more!
Fit Fun: A wild and crazy, do all that you can do cardio aqua class. Can you keep up with the instructor?
Fit 4 All: Join us in the pool for an anti-couch potato workout! It will get you fit and coming back for more!
Hydro Anchored: No bouncing allowed in this low impact, high intensity, strength & coordination class with the opportunity to focus on stability training by using your core muscles.
