The Pilates method of body conditioning is a series of exercises that stress the control of movement and stabilization while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. Specific breath patterns are taught to ensure fluidity of movement & reduce stress in the body. The result over time is improved posture that appears long and lean. People of all ages and fitness levels will see incredible benefits.
Regular practice is recommended to achieve optimal results. To provide you with the highest quality of instruction, all of our instructors are certified through STOTT PILATES®.
- Pilates: Invigorate your mind, strengthen your core, and condition your body using the principles of Pilates. This class will take you through everything from core strength to overall strength conditioning and stretching. Achieve the results you want & the toned, well-defined body that you desire.
- Pilates Strength: Strength and core conditioning combined make this a challenging total body workout. Whether standing or working on the floor, this core conditioning class will focus on stabilization, strength and flexibility.
The Pilates Studio
At the Executive, we embrace the practice of Pilates and, in addition to our mat classes, we have a fully equipped, state-of-the-art Pilates studio in which we provide highly specialized training on all of the large Pilates equipment. All members receive a complimentary 55-minute private postural analysis and demo session when joining the Executive.
PILATES Private and Semi-Private Sessions:
Training sessions can be purchased as individual sessions, 10 sessions, 15 sessions or 25 sessions.
We offer PILATES Group Reformer sessions as 6-week sessions. Train on the Reformer in a group setting with 4-6 people.
The PILATES QUICK START Program includes three 45-minute private sessions geared towards getting you ready to participate in Group Reformer sessions.
